When calls are handled by your agents, we process and store: caller phone numbers, call duration, conversation transcripts, call summaries, and caller-provided information (names, callback numbers, messages).
Usage Data
We collect information about how you use the Service, including pages visited, features used, and session data. This is used to improve the Service.

- Process inbound calls and deliver messages to you
- Send notification emails with call summaries and transcripts

- Resend — Transactional email delivery (notifications, magic links)
- Cloudflare — Hosting, CDN, and infrastructure
Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

We use a single essential cookie (voxwise.sid) to maintain your authenticated session. This cookie is strictly necessary for the Service to function and does not track you across other websites.
We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party tracking cookies.
7. Data Retention
We retain your data as follows:
- Account data: Retained while your account is active, deleted within 30 days of account closure
- Call transcripts and recordings: Retained for 90 days, then automatically deleted
- Payment records: Retained as required by financial regulations (typically 7 years)

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Rectification — Request correction of inaccurate data
- Erasure — Request deletion of your personal data
- Restriction — Request restriction of processing
